Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy: 

A typical order is shipped within approximately 3 business days, but may take up to 10 business days depending on the size and destination. If you need your artwork sooner, we encourage you to reach out to us so we can make that happen! We ship most artworks through USPS, UPS Ground, or FedEx. If you have a carrier preference, please email us at info@pxpcontemporary.com to let us know as soon as you've placed your order.

All shipments will be packaged according to industry standards to ensure that they arrive safely, but they will also always be insured for their full retail value. Buyers will receive an email once the artwork has shipped that includes a tracking number. Most domestic orders arrive within 7-10 days and international shipments usually arrive between 2-4 weeks after the order was placed, unless there are carrier delays due to COVID-19. The best way to estimate the arrival time of your artwork is to check the assigned tracking number. 

 

Yes, we ship internationally! The additional cost of shipping internationally as well as any taxes or duties are the buyer's responsibility and will vary depending on the size and weight of the artwork. Costs for international shipments are calculated at checkout, but international buyers are encouraged to contact us before placing your order for an exact shipping estimate or related questions.

Return Policy:

We seek to connect our artists with serious art lovers, buyers, and collectors and therefore do not offer returns at this time. Please get in touch before placing an order if you have any doubts or questions. We appreciate your understanding.

If there is any issue with a piece once it has arrived, however, it will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and we'll absolutely work with you to make it right. Every buyer has a 7-day period after the artwork has been delivered to notify us. In the rare case of damage during shipping, please include photos to assist with and speed up the process of making a claim. If there is damage to the artwork, you have the choice to either be reimbursed for the price of fixing the artwork or refunded in full, including the cost of shipping.
